Easy Gluten-Free Zoodles Recipe

For those of you who thought you could never substitute something for
a real pasta noodle, you might be pleased with this alternative. Surprisingly enough, zoodles (zucchini noodles) are able to soak up all kinds of flavors and has a nice rich aftertaste. Even die-hard pasta fans have succumbed to this unique substitute.

Pick up a noodle spiralizer at almost any kitchen store, or order online! Top with any of your favorite pasta sauces or plant-based ingredients!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients: 

2 Large zucchini, spiralized
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp oregano
a tiny pinch of sea salt
a dash of pepper
1 lemon wedge

Instructions:

1. Sauté garlic in a few TBS of water until fragrant (2-5 minutes)
2. Add zucchini, oregano, sea salt, pepper and lemon juice and cook until
zucchini just barely begin to soften
3. Enjoy hot!
