Vegan Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This Vegan Chocolate Avocado Pudding recipe is a kid-friendly vegan dessert packed with fiber, vitamin C, and potassium. So yep, in this case, MamaSezz eat your dessert - before dinner (and second helpings are encouraged)!

Pro tip: Spread this vegan chocolate pudding on toast for the perfect whole food plant-based breakfast. Or make it a sandwich (try adding nut butter and banana) then pack it for lunch.

Ingredients:

9 dates, soaked and pitted
¼ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons of cacao powder
1 ripe avocado
pinch of sea salt
few Tablespoons of water for blending   

Prep Instructions:

Blend until smooth...

dates
water
cocoa
vanilla
salt

Then...

Add avocado and blend again until smooth

Enjoy!

Pro tip:  if you love nuts adding hazelnuts to this recipe (just blend them in) take this yummy dessert to a whole "Nutella" level. So if you want to add a 1/4 cup to the blender with the avocado.
