Vegan Mushroom Tetrazzini

A new go-to family dinner featuring your favorite MamaSezz products: Hungarian Mushroom Soup, and Mama's Mac Sauce. This creamy, flavorful classic will make you forget about ever using cheese in a casserole again. It's loaded with protein, potassium, and immunity-boosting micronutrients!  


Prep time: 15 minutes 

Bake time: 45 minutes 

Servings: 8



1 bag of Hungarian Mushroom Soup 

1 bag of Mama's Mac Sauce

Brown rice lasagna noodles or no-bake gluten-free noodles

8oz of mushrooms1 clove of garlic

1 Tablespoon of parsley 

Crushed black pepper

4 cups of chopped spinach 


Cooking Instructions: 


Mushrooms in a little water until soft. Then add garlic and parsley and cook for another 3 minutes. 


Layer in an oven-safe casserole dish...

Layer 1: 1/4 a bag of MamaSezz Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Layer 2: Noodles

Layer 3: 1/4 a bag of MamaSezz Hungarian Mushroom Soup 

Layer 4: Your cooked mushrooms

Layer 5: 1/3 a bag of MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce

Layer 6: Noodles

Layer 7: 1/4 a bag of MamaSezz Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Layer 8: Spinach

Layer 9: 1/3 a bag of MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce

Layer 10: Noodles

Layer 11: 1/4 a bag of MamaSezz Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Layer 12: 1/3 a bag of MamaSezz Mama's Mac Sauce


Top it off with...

Freshly ground black pepper. If you're using no-boil noodles, add 1 cup of water 



With an oven safe top of aluminum foil and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
