1 bag of Hungarian Mushroom Soup
1 bag of Mama's Mac Sauce
Brown rice lasagna noodles or no-bake gluten-free noodles
8oz of mushrooms1 clove of garlic
1 Tablespoon of parsley
Crushed black pepper
4 cups of chopped spinach
Mushrooms in a little water until soft. Then add garlic and parsley and cook for another 3 minutes.

Freshly ground black pepper. If you're using no-boil noodles, add 1 cup of water
With an oven safe top of aluminum foil and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
