Calcium Rich Vegan Milkshake

1 Tablespoon of tahini

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup of raw spinach

1 1/2 frozen bananas

1 Tablespoon of hemp seeds

1 cup of almond milk 



Blend all ingredients until creamy smooth.
