2 cups cooked sweet potato 1 cup black beans 8 dates, soaked and pitted 6 Tablespoons cocoa powder 6 Tablespoons natural peanut butter ¼ cup of maple or date syrup
¼ cup of coconut flakes or crushed walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 while you blend until smooth...

Spread into a baking sheet and top with coconut flakes or walnuts
Bake for 25-30 minutes
