Healthy Spicy Watermelon Summer Salad Recipe

Summer is here, and boy did it come on strong. Even New Englanders are breaking out the air conditioning. The best way to beat the heat? This spicy watermelon summer salad recipe. It's refreshing, unique, and perfect for entertaining - not only is it beautiful, but you don’t even have to turn on the oven!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

Watermelon

Lime Juice

Sea Salt

Fresh mint 

Peanuts

Cayenne Pepper

MamaSezz Vegan Sour Cream 

Instructions

First...

Slice watermelon into chunks (be careful!) 

 

Then add… 

Just a small pinch of sea salt (or skip the salt!)

 

Spritz with…

Some fresh lime juice

 

Drizzle with…

Sprinkle with...

Peanuts (raw or roasted)

 

Dust with…

Just a touch of cayenne pepper

 

And finally, top with... 

Fresh mint
